Experience a full-day visit to Tram Chim National Park
Tram Chim National Park is one of the best places for bird watching in Vietnam. It is not for nothing called the kingdom of birds in the Mekong Delta. There are over 230 species of birds here, many of which are rare and in danger of extinction. This number even makes up a quarter of the bird population in Vietnam. With an amazing biodiversity, peaceful natural setting and a fresh and airy atmosphere, Tram Chim National Park attracts many tourists because of its beautiful natural landscape and rare red-crowned cranes with many other species of flora and fauna are listed in the Red Book. The best way to go bird watching and see the flooded forest in Tram Chim is exploring the park by boat. A boat tour may takes between 30 minutes to 1 hour or longer. Following the dense maze of waterways and mangrove forest, you will be introduced to a range of typical animals, birds, and plants in the Southern Vietnam, especially the prestigious Red-crown Crane. You can spot bird species from the boat, but there are also a few observation platforms and walking paths over the wetland where from you can watch them.
