The tour guides are available on the days which have a tour only. The tour guides will not accompany you on the plane. There will be different tour guides in each destination. We use the local tour guides so they will wait for you at the airport when you arrive at each destination.
It’s very convenient to use Grab when travelling to Singapore. You it’s recommended that you get the GRAB app and register (You also can know the price in advance when using Grab). Otherwise, the receptionist at hotels can help you to get a taxi.
We will try to arrange the same driver & tour guide in the same city if you stay for 2-3 days, however it also depends on the availability of our tour guides & drivers. During the busy season, we may need to use different tour guides & drivers in the same destination. We will keep send you the tour guide contacts before your departure date.

We also provide tour with Spanish Speaking Guides and other language. There will be extra surcharge for this because the Spanish Speaking Guide costs more than English Speaking Guide.
Yes, we offer a tour to the Thai Elephant Home in Chiang Mai, Thailand. This sanctuary has an active land purchasing program aimed at maintaining and expanding the elephants’ natural habitat, ensuring they are cared for with respect.
We will send you the tour guide contacts in each destination when it's closer to our arrival date. You can contact the tour guides via Whatsapp. For urgent case, please contact your travel consultant via Whatsapp number. Your travel consultant will assist you throughout the trip.
You will travel with private guides & driver (except some group tours/sharing transfer mentioned in the itinerary), you only can go to the sites mentioned in the itinerary. In case you want to visit other sites, it depends on the location. If it’s close, the driver & tour guide will bring you to there, if it’s too far, there will be surcharges.
You do not need to show any voucher during the tour. We sent all the information to hotels, local suppliers. Our tour guide also will assist you at the airport on your arrival & at hotel when check in. You just need to keep the airline tickets for internal flights.
The tour guides are hired by our company. They will not take you to shopping places or the places that they have “negotiated benefits” with them. The tour will follow the places mentioned in the itinerary, no worries (except the shuttle bus, we cannot control the stopover on the way of the shuttle bus).

To save the tour cost, transportation for dinner is not included. You can easily to get a taxi/local transportation to go to restaurants or go around.
