"Excellent service and a wonderful trip"
I just wanted to say a BIG Thank You to you and your company for organising such a wonderful trip experience to South East Asia. As you know we had 8 days in Singapore, 3 at Raffles Hotel & 5 at The Fairmont Hotel. Singapore is such a lovely clean friendly place but probably the most expensive city in the world. We really enjoyed our time there. Next we hooked up with Ms Sal the guide you arranged for us to go to Sentosa Island. Such a lovely person. The driver was fantastic as well, I would recommend them to anyone. Next stop, Bangkok. Lovely in every respect. The Eastin Grand hotel was a real find, fantastic stay from start to finish... Our guide Ning and the driver were really good and very helpful in all respects. Next of to Chiang Mai. Met by Guide Dare and Mr Air the driver. Overall we gad a really nice time in Thailand and would go back. Again, as with the others, I would use this guide & driver again. Preferred the North of Thailand around Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai to Bangkok. The food in all countries was lovely and we are glad to have tried so many different things. "Excellent Trip organized by Asia Tours"
Working with Ms. Nhi was a pleasure. I highly recommend her. We visited Singapore, Phuket, Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Singapore was wonderful. Highly recommend botanical garden. Phuket was good but our experience was limited due to rain. The Katathani Beach resort was nice but is also under construction. Phan Nga Bay boat tour was great, even though it was pouring rain. Still fun... Overall, we saw too many temples during our trip. Would have liked to have seen Chinatown in Bangkok. The Eastin Grand Hotel in Bangkok was great! The Doi Suthep Temple was great. Elephant sanctuary experience was definitely one of the highlights of the trip! Grant Linnell - United States

I plan to travel to Singapore and Malaysia in September, but I've heard that there are some national holidays or major events that could significantly increase tour prices due to hotel surcharges. Can you suggest dates to avoid these days and surcharges?
If you’re planning to visit Singapore and Malaysia in September, it's best to travel between September 1-15 or after September 23. This timing allows you to avoid the Hari Malaysia holiday on September 16 and the Formula 1 Grand Prix in Singapore, which typically takes place from September 20-22. Traveling during these periods will help you enjoy your trip without the added costs associated with these events
How many flights are included in the tour? Is the international flight from the US included in the price?
The tour price includes 3 internal flights: Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok & Bangkok to Chiang Mai. The international flights from your country are not included in the price. From our experience, as you are staying in USA/Canada/Europe, you will get better rates than we can for arrival/departure international flights. While we will have better price for airlines tickets in Asia region therefore, we suggest you to book these flight on your own.
How many people are there in the group tour on day 11?
We focus on the quality of the tour so with the group tour, we normally book with small groups. Depending on each day, the number of the participants will be different but it will not more exceed 15 people (appx.). If you are lucky, there may be only your group during the excursion.
If we arrive late on the first day & are not able to join the tour on this day, what will happen?
To join the activities on the first day, your flight must arrive in Singapore in the morning. If you arrive late, we can remove this part of the tour & the tour price will be changed.
What is the best time to visit Singapore, Malaysia & Thailand?
The best time to visit Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand is during the dry season, (from October to April) when the weather is not too hot & it doesn't rain too much. However, please note that this time is the high season for you may experience crowds during the trip. Travelling in the low season will give you a better price with less touristy experience.
Can we change the order of the destinations? Is it possible to start the tour in Thailand & finish it in Singapore?
