FAQS About Thailand Vietnam Indonesia Tours

I have some food allergies for example, I don't eat pork and I am allergic to shellfish like lobster and shrimp but is ok with fish. Is this a problem for a food tour?

The food tour in the itinerary is a private tour so our tour guide will be flexible in choosing foods without pork, shellfish or shrimp for you.

Please give me more information about the private tour, is it a car with just us and the driver, do we have the flexibility to go to other sites that the driver or others may tell us about?

You will travel with private guides & driver (except some group tours/sharing transfer mentioned in the itinerary), you only can go to the sites mentioned in the itinerary. In case you want to visit other sites, it depends on the location. If it’s close, the driver & tour guide will bring you to there, if it’s too far, there will be surcharges.

Are there vouchers for each of these tours that we’ll receive once we’re in country?

You do not need to show any voucher during the tour. We sent all the information to hotels, local suppliers. Our tour guide also will assist you at the airport on your arrival & at hotel when check in. You just need to keep the airline tickets for internal flights.

Do we need to buy a sim card to have wifi, or do you know of any apps like Airlo that is an app that allows tourists to have wifi?

You can buy a sim card that can use within Southeast Asia, and it can be easily found at the airport counters which sell SIMs

Cycle from Hoi An to Tra Que Herb Village Van lang fisherman village and Bay Mau water coconut forest. Is it possible to replace this with something that does not include biking?

You can do the walking tour to explore Hoi An, or I can arrange the electric car for you so you don’t have to bike.

Do you have a general recommendation between visiting November 3-12th vs December 1-10th? Would the weather be better during one time vs the other or prices drastically different?

Regarding the price, it will not be different between November and December since its peak season in Vientam. The weather in these 2 months is also good, a litlle bit cold, and ideally good of acitivities
