Major considerations are visa requirements, hotel and tour guides availability, and difference price according to seasonal demand (festivals, school vacation, national holiday). So normally, at least one month before the trip we recommend to finalize your trip.
Yes, you can change your itinerary prior to departure. However, depending on the available services and timing of the change, or difference price of tour, an additional fee may be applied. However, changes during your trip are not permitted since all services has been arranged in fixed schedule.
All of our programs are priced per person, based on double occupancy (i.e. two people sharing one room). So in case there are many people in the group but someone wishes to occupy a single room, a single supplement will be applied to cover the additional hotel room costs.
