For getting dinners that are not included, would the hotels be close to a range of restaurants that would be within walking distances? We usually do not eat dinners at the hotels.

In our itinerary, we recommend all good hotels located in the city center so it is easy to walk to have dinner by your own at local restaurants. Our guides will provide you some good restaurants for your reference.

Would it be rainy in the month of April, or would the weather be generally good? Do we need to bring umbrellas or rain jackets

In Vietnam, the weather is quite warm and the chance of rain remain low. It is a little bit hot in Cambodia. You don’t need to bring umbrellas and rain jackets, we will provide this during the tour.

For simple food/snack purchases, do we need to get Vietnam/Cambodia currencies, or would US dollars be accepted by the sellers

In Vietnam, you should exchange to local currency -Vietnamdong, and in Cambodia you can use US dollar or riel . It is easy to exchange at airport or in the shops in city center.

We have VISA credit cards that are international but have been issued by our local (Trinidad and Tobago ) banks. Will these credit cards be accepted by local merchants and restaurants in Vietnam/Cambodia?

The visa/credit cards are acceptable in the shops, restaurants,shopping mall and so on in almost big cities in our itinerary.
