"The extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay "

I took an Orchid Trendy Halong Bay cruise in April of this year with my son. I booked the cruise through Asia Tours with the assistance of Ms. Lacey whose superb customer service I very much appreciated. Neither of us had been on a cruise before and we were very glad we booked this one. It was one of the major highlights of our 3-week trip to Vietnam. We had of course seen photographs of Halong Bay prior to the cruise but experiencing it ourselves was another matter. The landscape of Halong Bay that was filled with numerous small mountainous limestone islands jutting out of the sea was so stunningly beautiful that it seemed almost as if it we had entered another world. Halong Bay is simply magnificent and getting to experience it personally was a privilege of a lifetime. It’s designation as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is well deserved. The other aspects of the Orchid Trendy cruise – room quality, food, activities, and service on board – were also outstanding. We had a very comfortable room on the 2nd floor which provided wonderful views of the islands of Halong Bay passing by. The food was always delicious and varied, and the service consistently excellent. All of the Orchid Trendy staff were always courteous, kind and helpful. The additional optional activities of kayaking, swimming in small coves, and visits to a cave and an island village on Cat Ba were fun and interesting. "Meekong river cruise"

"Inside Travel"

We booked by Inside Travel by internet and everything worked out very well. We were picked up at the airport by English spoken guide. Next day we went to Cursus Chi Tunnel and Warmuseum. We also had a 3 days Mekong Delta tour with Mekong Eyes teakwood boat. Everything was organized by Inside Travel, from being picked up till we dropped off at Phu Quoc was excellent.
