"Responsive and helpful team"

Agent Trang Thu attended to my email within 24hours and asked a few good questions before proposing an itinerary. I have my first draft fast and I have asked for tweaks which changes were made promptly. We managed to sort out our family\'s itinerary within 3-4days and payment was easy too via credit card. Appreciate Ms Trang Thu paying us a visit at our hotel at our last trip and providing us memorable gifts. Not only that you have definitely proposed some good venues for us to revisit Vietnam again.Guides at Hanoi (Dzung) and Sa Pa (Ada) were great and attentive to our needs especially we have got young kids. We were able to make necessary adjustments on our itinerary with them. Drivers were careful despite the heavy traffic in cities and definitely assisted us with our luggages. Trang was birlliant and the tour was very well organised. Each time we had a tour, driver, car, or activitiy organised it was seamless. Really got a lot done in such a short time due to her ablity to work the itenary to meet our needs - Favourite hotel ever was the Oriental Suites - I recommend using them again for your customers as the service was brilliant. Also think about booking back with the same hotel when customers revist a destination (especially when it is a great one) - even as a day hotel whilst waiting for other sections of the trip. I cannot thank my travel consultant Huong Le or the team at the Vietnam Travel Centre enough for their assistance in organising and assisting with my trip to Vietnam. From the moment I arrived, everything was taken care of, from seamless transfers, to delicious dinners and insightful tours. My individual needs were fully catered for and I felt like the company genuinely wanted me to have a fantastic time in Vietnam. My favourite part of the tour (apart from seeing Vietnam win the football!) would have to be the hiking in Sapa. On the second day, we hiked to an area with very few tourists and the natural beauty alongside the captivating stories from the local H'Mong tribe was really something to remember. I took part in the Hanoi city tour, Sapa hiking and a cruise at Ha Long Bay - ALL of the above activities were fantastic in their own way. I would recommend them all.
