To avoid the rainy season which could rain almost every day, you should not travel to Flores Island from January to the end of February. The best time to visit Flores Island is from mid-April to the beginning of October when the weather is comfortable and little rain. You can also travel to this island during the transition times - from mid-October to December and March to mid-April.
