Trishaw trip around the sleepy town of Dala
One of the lesser-known highlights when visiting Yangon is Dala, the southern rural township of Yangon. The only easy way to reach the land is by public boat over Yangon river which offers you first insight of what daily life is going on both sides of the river. Soon enough around 15 minutes, the busy pier of Dala comes to your sight from which we head out on a local trishaw to watch people go about their daily lives on colorful markets, tea shops or discover stunning pagoda of ShweSayan. There are always great chances to interact with friendly locals, learn about their culture and the way they cherish their lives.
