    Join city tour: Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex, Museum of Ethnology, Temple of Literature

08.00 AM: After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will come to the hotel and pick you up, then you will start the Hanoi city tour 

You will start with a visit to Ho Chi Minh Complex. Here you can visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum where the corpse of Uncle Ho kept there. Next you will visit the Presidential Palace - a nice French architecture in the garden and Ho Chi Minh House on stilt. Visiting the house you will see the simple life of Ho Chi Minh - the president in Vietnamese's spirit forever. You will finish this area with One Pillar Pagoda - one of the most attractions in Hanoi you cannot miss with the special in architecture.

Having lunch and you will continue to the Temple of Literature - The first University of Vietnam. The next destination will be Museum of Ethnology to learn more about Vietnam Culture. Next you will explore Hanoi by traveling through the Old Quarter with 36 ancient streets in a traditional cyclo. This slow - speed tour will give your great chance to fully enjoy the classic and modern of the capital. The tour will end at about 04.00 PM then it is your free time to go shopping, relax in Hanoi.

08.00 AM: The driver will pick you up at the hotel, departing 3.5 hours to Halong Bay – the World Natural Heritage recognized by UNESCO twice. Upon arrival, embark the cruise and enjoy welcome drink while having tour briefing. A sumptuous lunch will be served on board while the ship sailing further to the Bay, make your time to admire its dramatic limestone islands. 

You can rest at your leisure on the sundeck or relax in your cabin. In the afternoon, you will have time to swim in the warm and calm water or get on kayaks of your choice. Kayaking is very easy for all levels and ages to do. Our expert and experienced guide surely instruct you basic paddling steps before leading you to explore the extraordinary beauty of Halong Bay. After 01 hour exploring the bay, you will get back to the cruise for relaxation before attending Cooking class in the late afternoon.

You will continue our journey on Halong Bay in the early morning. A Tai Chi Class on the sun deck is a must that you should not miss when on a cruise. 
Sitting on the upper deck; you can relaxsight-seeing while taking photos of the magnificent beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emerald water of the bay. 
After breakfast, you will explore Sung Sot cave - one of the finest and widest grottoes of Halong Bay. Next, keep cruising and passing the fishing village with its unique way of life. 

At 10.30 AM, our boat cruises back to the jetty, and you will enjoy the last moment in the bay before having a traditional Vietnamese lunch.
You leave the boat around 11:30 at noon, you go ashore and transfer back to Hanoi.

At a scheduled time, you will be transfered to Noi Bai airport to take the flight Hanoi - Danang. Once in Danang airport, your driver and guide will pick you up and take you to your hotel in Hoi An.

Visiting stunning caves in Halong Bay

Every visitors who come to Vietnam should never miss Halong Bay. Recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage, Halong Bay will amaze you by not only the magnificet natural scenery but also by thousands remote islands and stunning cave. You will have chance to visit the fabulous limestone caves with mysterious stories which will beautifully highlight the rock formations. Sung Sot Cave (Surprise cave), Thien Cung Cave (Paradise Cave), Luon Cave, Tien Ong Cave... are ones of those most safe and beautiful caves that you may visit when in Halong Bay. There are rough stairs to climb, and the access is very easy for every visitors.

    Cycle from Hoi An to Tra Que Herb Village Van lang fisherman village and Bay Mau water coconut forest. Join in an interesting activity making a traditional lantern by yourself.

08h30am: Your guide will meet you in your hotel lobby, than you will cycle  around Hoi An towards the Tra Que vegetable village - About 150 farmers and 400 owners live on there and cultivate about 20 types of vegetables and herbs such as mint, lettuce, basil, cilantro, broccoli and many more. From the more than 40 hectares of land 8 tons of Village Tra vegetables are sold every year. The vegetable growers do not use pesticides or GMOs, using natural fertilizers instead, including seaweed found in the river and harvested by gardeners every morning.

Walk in Tra Que vegetable village and meet local people working in the garden. During the walk, you will cross vast rice fields in the countryside and quiet road, far away from the tourist trails. You will see the activities of the inhabitants through the villages of Hoian.

The local farmer will teach you all about cultivation methods and how to protect developing vegetable from the insects as well as join the farmers in preparing gardening activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, transplanting and tending greens.

Continue riding through paddy field, Ba Le market, kindergarten ... until reaching Van Lang fisherman village and Bay Mau coconut water forest - about 7 hectares, surrounded by mangrove forests, canals, houses covered by coconut water leaf . This place had ever been the refuge for people and local soldiers during the Vietnam War. Nowadays, it is famous for providing the most seafood products.

You will be warmly welcomed at Mr. Han – a 3 generations family, taste of green tea and stroll through the village. You will row a basket boat within the hands of skillful locals and discover their techniques of traditional fishery in water coconut forest.

Back Mr. Han’ family for enjoy a foot bath with medicinal herbs, traditional therapeutic practice before getting ready to prepare lunch with a local family. Lunch will feature many local delicacies, such as Tam Huu spring rolls, BanhXeo local pancakes, grilled fish in banana leaf and others.

After lunch, free time and take a short rest before finishing the biking and continuing with the last-but-not-least activity of the day. The highlight is to visit a lantern shop where artisans make Hoi An's famous lanterns. You see the whole process then have a chance to create your own lanterns. You will be provided the bamboo that forms the base of your frame and colorful silk so that you can choose your own color pattern, and design. Once completed, you can take one as hand-made sourvenir as these lanterns are easy to fold and carry.

Nights in Hoi An Ancient Town become more mysterious with various kinds of hand-made lanterns. The lanterns are the result of exchanges among Vietnamese, Japanese and Chinese cultures, all famous for their various and specific identities. Lantern-making is associated with the tourism development of Hoi An Ancient Town.Lanterns are made of Vietnamese silk, which is made from silk worms famous in Asia. The silk has beautiful colors and meaningful patterns. You can choose lanterns with wooden frames, some made from very precious wood,  with a painting of a legend on each side of the lantern. They are all hand made from bamboo, silk, and wood. Once lighted, lanterns will illuminate with marvelous, mysterious light which will take you hundreds of years back, to times of tales and mystery.

Today you will have a free day to explore Hoi An by yourself. You will never get bored when in Hoi An as there are plenty of options you can choose to spend your day here. Just stay in your accommodation to take a rest, or go out there to wander along peaceful narrow streets surrounded by ancient yellow-wall houses under thousands of lanterns, or enjoy coffee in an old coffee shop with ancient arquitecture dated back hundreds of years ago, discover fantastic local cuisine trying various of typlical dishes such as Cao Lau, My Quang, Banh Xeo, Banh My, Com Ga, Banh Vac...come hungry and take a mini street food tour by yourself. 

When you’re all shopped and toured out of it, maybe you’re ready for a lazy afternoon at one of the Hoi An beaches. Cua Dai Beach is closest but unfortunately, erosion over the past few years has rendered it less of a desirable choice (unless you venture to the man-made option at the very luxurious Sunrise Resort). Better options await at the slightly further, but very beautiful, An Bang (Bang Beach) and Hidden Beach. Both have options for food, drinks and massage…what more could you want?!
