We are focusing on customized tour, therefore, you can amend the itinerary, schedule, activities based on your interest. If you want the tour to be more economical, I can suggest you to downgrade hotels, or removing some activities to match with your budget.

All of the hotels we've recommended are located in the city center, close to many local restaurants and stores. You can always ask the hotel receptionist for assistance in calling a taxi to the restaurant. Many of our guests travel alone, and they haven't encountered any problems with this.

Yes, we highly recommend both the Phare Circus and the Apsara Dance in Siem Reap! - Phare Circus is an incredible cultural experience that combines acrobatics, storytelling, and traditional Cambodian themes. Kampong Phluck Floating Village is indeed a popular choice, but in July, the water level is relatively low, so it might not be as cool as the rainy season in October. While Chhong Kneas Floating Village maintains water levels year-round. It is smaller than the Kampong Phluck but offers a similar floating village experience.

Payment by credit card is accepted in most of the major tourist areas in Cambodia nowadays, in a segment of upscale accommodations and big vendors in Cambodia. Note that there will be a transaction fee for using credit cards here. Most transactions in Cambodia will require cash though. It is better to use Riel for common trades in markets, local vendors or drivers.

Generally, it’s not a good idea as there is no confirmation for its hygiene. For the assurance, you’d better drink bottled water in Cambodia although it is safe to use tap water here for brushing your teeth. Even if you use tap water to drink, it should be boiled beforehand.

Preferred currencies in Cambodia include Cambodia’s official currency Riel (KHR), USD, and Yuan (RMB) due to the increasing influx of Chinese businesses and tourists in this country in recent years. Baht is also accepted but in much less popularity.

Four main network providers in Cambodia are Metfone, Smart, Cellcard, and QB. If you’re only visiting main tourist hotspots in Cambodia, any of four of these networks should be fine to your needs. If you’re planning to explore off the beaten tracks, it’s better to stick with Metfone as it is the largest network provider here and its coverage all over the country is bigger than the others.

Cambodian food is known to be the culinary art of Khmer cuisine that has a distinctive cooking style and attractive taste, especially street food. Thus it is safe to enjoy local food here. Remember to stick with street food stalls that are lots of people, be ready with a small bottle of sanitizer or wet wipes, that would be fine.

Tipping is not a mandatory etiquette in Cambodia. However, a small gratuity is always welcomed here if you have received a good experience with service. And as there is no rule or any standard amount of tips to leave in Cambodia, how much is up to you.
