Kayangan Lake in Coron
Another popular place on the list of Coron island hopping’s attractions is Kayangan Lake, once said to be the cleanest among other lakes in Asia. Though you need to climb about 150 steps to the top before descending to the lake, the breathtaking view from the hill top is absolutely worth it. Besides, the lake enjoys crystal-clear waters offering up to ten meters visibility, making a snorkeling trip here an incredible expedition to the underwater world. Even if you prefer not to swim, you can still observe fishes swarming playfully around or spot a crab hiding amongst the rocks. There is also a wooden platform emplaced on the banks of the lake with some wooden chairs for visitors to sit on and relax.
