Situated at the foothill of Kendeng mountains in Lebak Regency, Baduy Tribe Village is the perfect place for an adventure into the unknown. Considered an uncontacted people, the Baduy are divided into two sub-groups; the Baduy Dalam (Inner Baduy), and the Baduy Luar (Outer Baduy). With a guide’s help, you can visit the Outer Badui villages after obtaining a permit and see their ancient way of life through daily activities. It will be like traveling back in time as Baduy people keep their life away from modern facilities. And you can do nothing but immerse in the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the community.
