Visit the Bali's scenic cliff temple Uluwatu
Uluwatu Temple, or locally known as Pura Luhur Uluwatu, is not only one of the 6 key temples of Bali’s “spiritual pillars” but also among the most famous tourist sights for sunset views due to its impressive location on the top of a steep cliff approximately 80 meters above the sea level. Besides the direct views to the Indian Ocean, the temple is outstanding with ancient sculptures in Balinese architecture, traditionally-designed gateways, and a small dry forest Alas Kekeran where you’ll see a lot of monkeys. A traditional Kecak dance performance is held every day at the cliff-top stage nearby and usually lasts an hour.
