Hi Nhi! Yes, we are back home and sleeping a lot today due to jet lag. Our vacation was wonderful and I really appreciate everything you did to arrange it! The accommodations were all very nice (particularly in Phuket and Bali). We just want to tell you how much we enjoyed the service provided by Casey and our driver Kevin! Kevin was always prompt to meet us whenever we needed him. And Casey went above and beyond to show us many different sites in Singapore. We asked him to take us to Raffles Hotel at the end of our tour and he not only escorted us into the Long Bar and took our photos, he also walked us back to our hotel making sure that we would have enough time to see the Marina Bay water and light show at 7:30 last night. Working with Ms. Nhi was a pleasure. I highly recommend her. We visited Singapore, Phuket, Bangkok and Chiang Mai. Singapore was wonderful. Highly recommend botanical garden. Phuket was good but our experience was limited due to rain. The Katathani Beach resort was nice but is also under construction. Phan Nga Bay boat tour was great, even though it was pouring rain. Still fun... Overall, we saw too many temples during our trip. Would have liked to have seen Chinatown in Bangkok. The Eastin Grand Hotel in Bangkok was great! The Doi Suthep Temple was great. Elephant sanctuary experience was definitely one of the highlights of the trip! Grant Linnell - United States
I just wanted to say a BIG Thank You to you and your company for organising such a wonderful trip experience to South East Asia. As you know we had 8 days in Singapore, 3 at Raffles Hotel & 5 at The Fairmont Hotel. Singapore is such a lovely clean friendly place but probably the most expensive city in the world. We really enjoyed our time there. Next we hooked up with Ms Sal the guide you arranged for us to go to Sentosa Island. Such a lovely person. The driver was fantastic as well, I would recommend them to anyone. Next stop, Bangkok. Lovely in every respect. The Eastin Grand hotel was a real find, fantastic stay from start to finish... Our guide Ning and the driver were really good and very helpful in all respects. Next of to Chiang Mai. Met by Guide Dare and Mr Air the driver. Overall we gad a really nice time in Thailand and would go back. Again, as with the others, I would use this guide & driver again. Preferred the North of Thailand around Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai to Bangkok. The food in all countries was lovely and we are glad to have tried so many different things.
