We had a WONDERFUL trip. Everything was perfectly accomplished according to schedule. All drivers came to pick us on time. The Spanish-speaking guides were excellent. The hotels were fantastic. The meals included in the tour were amazing (contrary to other tours, in which included meals are repetitive, cheap, and non-attractive). The choice of points of interest, sightseeing, and places was great. Vehicles were new and comfortable. And the best Asia tours' asset is lovely Ms. Rin Chan. She took care of every detail, checking often by WhatsApp is everything was OK, communicating any change of schedule, providing recommendations and advice. It was a pleasure dealing with her. And, thank you very much for the gifts presented to us. There were greatly appreciated, and the testimony of the care that an excellent agency has towards its customers. Roberto Donadi - Italy
We were a family traveling through 4 countries and everything was really well coordinated, Ms. Lacey Bui, was very personal she also went to our hotel in Ha Noi and brought beautiful gifts for our kids, was a great experience. Thank you very much! NAIM - Chile
I highly recommend Asia Tours. The trip they planned was amazing. All of the aspects of the trip were perfectly executed. There were no missteps at all. The height of the trip was the slow boat down the Mekong River and the time spent in Luang Prabang. We met very interesting people on the
Rin was amazing. When we arrived at the airport in our hometown it turned out my husband had accidentally entered his birthdate wrong on his Visa Application for Vietnam. Rin was able to arrange a transit Visa in time for us to make our flight and then arrange an entry Visa before we landed. What could have been a disastrous beginning to our vacation was rescued. I have no words to express how grateful we are to Rin and her team for making that happen. The rest of the holiday was blissfully free of any similar events. The transfers between countries (we did 5 days in Vietnam and 5 in Laos) were seamless. We were met and walked through all the connections. All the guides and drivers were very friendly and very flexible to our needs. All the hotels were very clean and comfortable. The holiday itself was wonderful. On the day of my birthday we hiked to the top of a 7 tier waterfall in Laos and after swimming in the pool at the top I was able to zipline down to the bottom. Absolutely stunning day. That evening our local guide surprised me with a birthday cake that had been arranged by AsiaTours. I was so happy and felt so celebrated. The bamboo experience in Laos is not to be missed. The weaving and the cooking classes that were a part of that experience were a real highlight for me. Of course meeting the elephants at the elephant sanctuary was another highlight. In Vietnam the real stand out experience was the Vespa food tour. It was an unforgettable night, a four hour amusement park ride with stops for incredible food. I can't recommend it highly enough. Next time I travel to Asia I will definitely be contacting Asia Tours again. Thank you very much! Anna Mora Mieszkowski - United States
We've had a wonderful experience in Vietnam and Cambodia. We enjoyed the Water Festival, we had a terrific time in Laos. Sack and the driver are lovely people and they took very good care of us. We had a wonderful time in Thailand with the help of Ning and Pond. There were many highlights, including the Reclining Buddha which we would have missed if Ning had not rearranged our itinerary (and her own). We said a sad farewell to our SE Asia tour on Thursday, arriving home somewhat bedraggled but full of wonderful memories. Thanks for all you did to help make our adventure a success. All the local guides were great, it is hot but with the private guide and air-conditioned car it makes the visits a lot easier. We all had a great day. Mr. Simon Keane - United Kingdom
The trip was very nice and I learned a lot. The first part in Luang Prabang was my highlight because the tour guide - Mr. Poud had a big knowledge, which he could share with his good English. Furthermore he was very flexibel and helpful.
Thank you for the organization of the tour! Jasmin K - Switzerland
